What will it take? Commitment
To view a copy of the Letter of Commitment in Microsoft Word format click here. You will be given a choice of opening it or saving it.
If you choose to save it to convenient location on your computer, you can not only view it but can tailor it to your needs.
Then you could email it to Administrator@tshalom.org . You will then be contacted for verification of your intent and email address - which once verified can serve as your signature.
Alternatively, you can fill it out, sign it, and mail it to the Temple.
You may also want to choose a naming opportunity from the many available by clicking here and communicating your choice when you send in your commitment letter.
If you want to just view it, select the "Open" choice.
