Temple Shalom shall provide:

• Religious services and observations in accordance with the faith of Judaism;

• A religious education for the children of all its members;

• Active youth group programs and strong leadership to provide our young people with positive growth experiences;

• A financially sound and efficiently managed organization;

• A forum to express and act upon broad social action concerns;

• Opportunities for active participation in the Temple community;

• A program to advance adult Jewish studies education and social interaction.

 Each Temple Shalom member shall:

• Seek ways to actively participate in Temple life;

• Support and encourage the educational staff in their efforts to teach Jewish culture and values;

• Help celebrate the accomplishments of other Temple members and provide emotional support to those in crises;

• Meet all financial obligations in a timely fashion and help support fundraising efforts on behalf of the Temple.
